Every product is handcrafted with care. Slight variations in colour, size, or stitch pattern are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bunai.by.shilpi@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Orders returned without prior approval
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
